The first such investment was in Milwaukee County � a 208,000 square foot light industrial building. PBDC has also invested with Bradley Associates in light industrial properties located in Illinois and Ohio. Nationally, Bradley Associates has acquired over 90 properties representing 14,000,000 square feet of industrial, office and retail space with market values exceeding $600,000,000, and over $200,000,000 in equity.
